When you buy something, you have 14 days to return it and get a full refund or exchange. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is out of stock, a gift card will be issued.

2. Fast Processing

It will take us 5 to 7 business days to process your return after we get it. You'll get a confirmation email and a refund will be sent to the way of payment you used the first time.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error. We’ll cover shipping costs in those cases to make it right.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Simply indicate your exchange preference, and we’ll ship your new item as soon as your return is received.
